New Look for Your Home Without Breaking the Bank
Every few years or more, the owners generally have the itch to upgrade, modify, and usually only give the house a good refresher required. The walls do not seem so fresh and clean as before, the sofa looks a little down in the cushions and carpets in the living room looks like it has seen better days. However, shopping around and compare prices on anything that seems to actually replace old is a bit too expensive. So what do you do? To go to your house and take a family vacation? Move the houses? New paint
Sometimes the most effective (and not to mention economical) way to have your house look as fresh as the day it is only to give it a fresh coat of paint. Making rather than the traditional white walls that look like your home, a sterile institution at the time, can be other colors that complement your existing furniture to choose. Soft pastel tones usually look great in most homes. They are sweet, soft and perhaps even somewhat comforting and cool. For the more adventurous, try something more daring, for richer colors, which enhance the atmosphere of going into the house. For example, a burnt orange feature wall on one side and softer tones on the other, or complementary colors as green and brown. Vacant Staging
Why stage a vacant house? Many people think it’s a waste of money ….. leave it blank, so that buyers can see how roomy it is, etc. But the most recent statistics show that vacancies do not sell as fast set / staging houses and sell them usually for less money. Why? There are a few reasons:
First I think it’s mostly because buying the vast majority of people to a house on emotion.People want a house, not buy a house. They want “Ahhh, I could live here” feeling. It is difficult if not impossible, to the intimate feel of the invitation, when to get the house empty.
Second In a holiday home, most buyers find it difficult to determine the actual size of the room and in what match it. Will they think, ‘my couch up here? “Or” Can I drive my big dining table here? “Remove all doubt from their minds …. show them! In fact, small parts look larger when they are well equipped.
